Excel and VBA applications for progress updating, delay analysis, programme generation and reporting. None of them is released yet.
These came out of doing the job, not from a product plan. Each one started as an answer to something that was taking too long by hand, on a programme with a submission date attached. They are being finished, documented and licensed for release now.
Everything here runs inside Excel. There is nothing to install and no separate program to learn.
Delay register with cause codes and contract clause mapping. Automatic excusable, compensable and concurrent classification. Notice tracker, EOT register, and a prolongation cost build-up split by site overhead, head office, plant, labour and materials.
An activity library indexed by project type, phase and work package with typical duration ranges, producing a tender-stage programme and Gantt chart from a single input sheet.
Import a P6 export, build a filtered update package for site with a look-ahead window, load the returned file, review every change with before-and-after values, then write only the approved updates back into a fresh P6 export ready to import. Issue IDs and a full audit log throughout.
Earned value across a project: WBS and weighting, period progress and cost entry, then SPI, CPI, SV, CV, EAC, ETC, VAC and TCPI computed at the data date, with S-curves, milestones, risk and procurement registers feeding a single reporting pack.
Entry forms and event logs for work done, certificates, variations, escalation, milestones and EOT, feeding a rebuilt master summary and period reporting across a project register.
Automated file naming and filing with completion tracking against a per-project document checklist, plus an audit log of every rename.
